About: Our interdisciplinary M.A. program in Environmental Conservation Education prepares graduates for environmental careers in the field of education. The curriculum draws on theory and practice to help students understand the role of education in solving environmental problems. The 37-credit program includes courses in environmental education, environmental thought, politics, and science; electives; and an internship. Electives allow students to pursue their interests in environmental justice, curriculum design, teacher education, ecology, wildlife education, youth education, or sustainability.
